1. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details. One account per email. We may suspend accounts for abuse, unpaid obligations, or security risk. Super-admin staff tools are for authorized operators only.

Terms of Service
The agreement between you and NIV2FA for using our OTP delivery platform, wallets, and APIs.
2. API keys
API keys are secret credentials. Do not commit them to public repos or share them. You are responsible for traffic generated with your keys. Rotate keys immediately if compromised.
3. Trial & subscriptions
New accounts receive a configurable free trial. After trial, an active monthly subscription is required for OTP sending. Plan prices, payment methods, and channel availability can change via the admin console.
4. Acceptable use
- No spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content.
- Obtain recipient consent where required by law.
- SMS remains unavailable until the platform enables it.
5. AI agents
Knowledge-base agents use content you upload. Do not upload confidential data you are not allowed to process. Third-party AI providers may be connected later under separate configuration.
6. Liability
NIV2FA is provided “as is”. Delivery depends on upstream messaging networks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 30 days.
